“Dear AERA SIG SSRL Members,
We hope you enjoyed your time at AERA annual conference in New York City. For our SIG SSRL, the conference was a complete success. Our sessions were well attended; 15 graduate students participated in our Mentoring Program; five graduate students received awards for their exemplary research; Dr. Naomi, Haiyan Bai, and Aysusi Hirumi received the Poster Award; Dr. Roger Azevedo received the Barry Zimmerman Award for his great contributions to our discipline; and Dr. Jeffrey A. Greene delivered a passionate key address during the business meeting. Our social dinner took place at Junior’s, a famous restaurant for its cheesecakes and delicious food.
Attached please find our SIG Times Magazine. We hope that would enjoy reading it.
